What Information We Collect About You
You provide us with personal information if, for example, you contact us with an inquiry; or in connection with services you would like to buy; or have already bought from us. The personal data that you provide to us may include your name, company name and address, e-mail address, telephone number, mobile phone number, and IP address.
We also collect personal data we receive from third parties, for example, if we work with other businesses or use sub-contractors these parties may collect personal data about you which they will share with us where there is a legitimate business interest or contractual arrangement.
We will only use your personal information for a purpose it was collected for or a reasonably compatible purpose if necessary. We do not carry out automated decision making or any type of automated profiling.
How We Use Your Information Information
We have a legitimate interest in using the personal information that we have gathered from our contact with you in order to build a list of business contacts and/or to gain insight into who is interested in our products and services to grow our business.
In some cases, we may use your personal information (such as identity and contact details) to send you marketing emails which we think might be of interest to you. You can change your marketing preferences or opt-out at any time by using the unsubscribe links or instructions included at the bottom of our emails. Please note that we will continue to send you service-related communications regardless of any opt-out request. We do not sell or share your information with third parties (other than our subsidiaries or affiliates) for their own promotional or marketing purposes unless permitted by applicable law.

Disclosures of Your Personal Data
From time to time, when there is a legitimate business interest or contractual requirement we may have to share your data with our affiliates and any business partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors we work with to provide you with services that you have requested from us.
Account Managers at our client corporate accounts will have access to your personal data if you are a registered user within a corporate profile.
We may also share your personal information with third parties, for example, if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms and conditions of supply and other agreements; or to third parties to whom we sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all our web pages. We have implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help prevent unauthorized access and ensure your personal data is kept secure. Despite these measures, no data transmission over the Internet can be entirely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit via our websites or apps.
We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorized manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
Our emails are hosted at Microsoft Cloud, which is certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach if we are legally required to do so.
Please note that you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your credentials used to access any account or service with us and you must report suspected unauthorized activity to us. You are responsible for activity conducted with your credentials.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Some of our website pages may contain electronic images known as web beacons (also known as clear gifs, tags or pixels) that allow us to count users who have visited our pages. Web beacons collect only limited information, e.g. a cookie number, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the web beacon resides. We may also carry web beacons placed by third party advertisers. These beacons do not carry any information that could directly identify you.
We are a global company and, as such, we may transfer your personal information to our affiliates and subsidiaries outside your home jurisdiction. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is protected.
Special Note to International Users
We only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
When deciding what the correct time is to keep the data we look at its amount, nature and sensitivity, potential risk of harm from unauthorized use of disclosure, the processing purposes, if these can be achieved by other means and legal requirements.
Please note that we may anonymize your personal data or use it for research or statistical purposes. We keep anonymized and statistical data indefinitely but we take care to ensure that such data can no longer identify or be connected to any individual.
We do not market to children and do not knowingly collect information from children on our website. All data collected or viewable at our website is for the purposes of industrial market research. While it is not designed for specific use by children we recognize that students may connect to it at times. We encourage students to get their parent's permission before giving any personal information online. If the purpose is for a school project we also encourage the students to provide us only with their first name, grade, and state or country.
Your Legal Rights
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. You can exercise this right by emailing or writing to us at the addresses given in the Who We Are and How to Contact Us section. If we do hold information about you we will give you a description of it; tell you why we are holding it; tell you who it could be disclosed to; provide you with a copy.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate. You may ask us to correct or remove information that you think is inaccurate.
Subject to certain limits under California Civil Code § 1798.83, California residents may request certain information regarding our disclosure of information to third parties or their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us.
We hope that we can resolve any query or concern you raise about your information. You are also entitled to make a complaint to the data protection authority in the country where you reside, where you work, or where an alleged infringement of data protection laws has taken place.
