Check Your Internet Browser

  • Confirm you are using the Microsoft Edge and Firefox versions currently supported by VLSIresearch. We don't support earlier versions of Microsoft Edge and Firefox because using the latest versions of Microsoft Edge and Firefox provides improved security and speed, greater privacy settings, and a richer experience for customers using VLSIresearch's site, as well as other sites.
    1. What will happen if I use previous versions of Microsoft Edge and Firefox?
    2.      a.  You will most likely be able to access parts of VLSIresearch's site if your browser is not up-to-date but you may notice
                 certain elements or text out of place or not displayed correctly.
    3. New features will no longer be tested on the previous versions of Microsoft Edge and Firefox so they may not work properly.
    4.      a.  We strongly recommend you upgrade to an up-to-date browser for the most valuable experience. To upgrade your browser,
                 contact your IT administrator for browser upgrades and guidance or download the most up-to-date version by clicking one of the following links:

  • Clear your browsing history, cache, and cookies - Follow instructions below for your browser/version:

    Microsoft Edge
    1. Open Microsoft Edge
    2. Click on More options (. . . symbol) on the top right corner of the browser.
    3. Select Settings from the drop down menu.
    4. Click on Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data.
    5. Check the Cookies and saved website data (and any other data you want to clear) and click on Clear button.
    6. Exit and re-launch browser

    Firefox (This procedure also works if you are in “private browsing” mode) 
    1. Open Firefox
    2. Click the menu button menu icon and choose Options
    3. Select Privacy & Security panel.
    4. In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now button.
    5. Exit and re-launch browser

Confirm Your Login ID and Password
  • They are case sensitive
  • Performing a copy/paste function? Be sure blank space at the beginning/end are not included
  • Password can be reset by using Forgot/Reset Password? button on the main login page
