These are examples of where dominant market share would not have been possible without great customer satisfaction. High CS Enabled ASML’s Market Share. Varian built its Brand around High CS. This combined with a technology advantage drove share gains. In both cases, ASML and Varian, clearly show that Customer Satisfaction plays a role in future hotly contested market share battles.
