    VLSI's Semiconductor Analytics Report

Semiconductor sales continued to ease six weeks into 2Q2020. W/Q growth was negative as the IC Shortage headed to an end. The IC weather was cooler, with a -2°F change for the week. Focusing on DRAM, Y/Y growth MA's have cooled off a lot after over-heating in 1Q21, while W/W has been healthy. Sales levels are healthy and not over-saturated as in 2018. NAND had a strong W/W recovery after a 2-week slump. Analog & Power was next, while Logic and Auto dropped.

IC Wafer Fab Production levels held well above 2020 levels, as the IC Shortage continued to head towards an end.

VLSI's IC Supply/Demand indices Tight conditions continued to loosen. There was a full notch drop in DRAM, IDM, Foundry, OSAT, and Analog & Power. NAND tightened, while the shortage in Auto ICs began to ease.

Electronics' Prices broke south again and dropped out of their channel.
