    VLSI's Semiconductor Analytics report

Semiconductor sales pulled back in the first week of Feb and were slightly below 4Q21wk05, due largely to capacity constraints. The IC weather was warm and rose 2°F. Focusing on Analog & Power this week, the 13-week MA shows it 21% above 1Q2020 at this point. Growth has more than doubled since Nov. It has the highest growth with NAND, Auto, Logic, and DRAM trailing. DRAM and Logic edged up last week while NAND and Auto ICs were down.

IC Wafer Fab Production continued to rise, with production levels reaching towards 2M 300mm equivalents, well above 2020 levels. The Supply/Demand status continued to tighten last week. OSATs tightened significantly - Foundry and Analog & Power less so. DRAM, NAND, and IDM did not move much.

Electronics' Prices are declining though weakness in Smartphones and Notebooks is abating.
