with a >10% Y/Y gain. The 4Q20 Nowcast rose to +15%, as the IC weather jumped 5°, to a hot 92° F. The week's Semiconductor Supply/Demand status held steady. However, the weight shifted enough in NAND to push its 4Q Nowcast out of Tight and into Balanced. Foundry's slight weakness marked a 6th week of steady declines. Analog & Power made gains. DRAM, IDM, and OSAT were unchanged.
IC Highlights: Focusing on the DRAM picture this week,13-week MAs show a recent slowing as growth has cooled since this summer's peak. Logic's Y/Y growth was much higher last week. Analog & Power was slightly better as well. Auto had the sharpest decline, with DRAM and NAND slowing significantly.
Electronics Prices are flattening with weakness in Consumer Electronics, Tablets, and Notebooks.
