    Orders are still humming along...
    • Order activity for semiconductor equipment jumped by more than a point, hitting a hot 80 degrees for the first time this year
    • Nearly all segments moved higher, led by Subcon/Adv. Packaging and SOC Mobile
    • Memory activity continued to improve, driven by China and improved pricing
    • Despite the ongoing uncertainties, visibility for equipment suppliers and chipmakers is extending into Q4
    • Inventories are rising across the board with nearly all players in the supply chain carrying more inventories to deal with potential supply disruptions from COVID-19
      • This could dampen growth in 2021
    • VLSI's Chip Price Performance Index slipped again, but at a very slow rate
      • DRAM fell
      • NAND declined
      • MPUs rose
    • Equipment Sales are surging in Q3
